Apartment/studio

The apartment has a view of the street mainly, and only one of the roof windows has a view of the back of the house.

It has a narrow balcony along the large kitchen window (3m) and is therefore very bright. Two roof windows (one to the East, one to the West) also provide this effect thanks to a mezzanine opening on the kitchen.

The bathroom adjoins the double bedroom. It has a ""rain"" shower with dimensions: 120X90cm. An original sink took place on an old sewing machine from the house! A small bench is a small stool to put some things on, and a small wardrobe completes it.

The double bedroom is very high and has its exposed beams ""embedded"" in the wall. A bed of 160cmX200cm will make you spend sweet nights. A large low wardrobe, a wardrobe, a footboard and a large coat rack complete the furnishings.

The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, Senseo coffee machine, sorting bins + large mixed bin.

The living room (on the mezzanine, and therefore on the second floor of the building), is equipped with two sofas facing each other. a large flat-screen TV sits on an old workbench in the house, and two individual reading chairs.

Finally, the WC is private and separated from the bathroom.
